We find the perfect tenant by thoroughly checking their credit, background, eviction, and criminal history. We know it’s not enough to just skim an application to qualify a tenant. We typically charge a flat 10% monthly consulting management fee with a $ 300 non-refundable retainer for marketing. If we lease your property, we would also charge one months’ rent.
- One month’s rent for procurement of a qualified tenant (minimum $895.00) plus $300 marketing fee.
- A monthly management fee of 10% of gross rents and fees received (minimum $100.00).
- Lease renewal fee is the amount equal to one half (1/2) month’s rent (minimum of $500)
- There is a $350 fee to handle all eviction proceedings
